PCH Systems scans documents to various formats (searchable PDF, TIF, JPG, BMP, and more) and provide you with OCR (optical character recognition), color scanning, large format scanning (for drawings, surveys and plans), and conversion for email and electronic documents. Images can be imported into almost any software package, or loaded into our powerful but easy-to-use DOCUdavit Software.  

PCH Systems can also provide both objective and subjective coding services using experienced personnel as required by your firm.

Closed File Storage

PCH Systems Closed File Storage will  save you money on document storage, whether you store documents off-site, in your office or in your garage. We eliminate the need for expensive, slow-to-access off-site storage, as well as the hassle, expense and potential risks of on-site storage. This service includes our free DOCUdavit Archive Software.   PCH Systems Archiving costs are simple. We charge per standard banker’s box (30 litres, up to 2,000 pages). This cost can be paid all at once or can be extended up to a 10 year term.
